Each upright has an 8" X 8" anchor plate with 4 holes.
Set of UHMW lined J-Hooks included
Set of UWHM lined Safety Spotter Arms included
1.25" Single Pull Up Bar x 2 for front and rear
Multi Grip "ladder style" pull up bar
1 Vertical Bar Holder included
Holes all 4 sides uprights for twist style j-hooks and to allow user to use optional add on attachments on either side of the rack.
