REPAIRS
Water has leaked down the inside of the gym and rotted out this corner.
The section was cut out, replaced and finished.
A leaky roof and a faulty gutter system allowed water into the gym and puddle up under the floor and caused it to warp and bubble 
A section was cut out and dehumidifiers were brought in to dry it out
After drying out the affected planks and sleepers were removed and replaced
