High Thigh Blaster

Stroops Hip Thigh Blaster was designed to engage the lower-body muscles—hip flexors, quadriceps, and abdominals—in fun yet challenging workouts.

Two Slastix® attach to an anchor (another person or stationary object) on one end and two thigh straps, which are fastened just above the knee on the other (see photo). As an athlete elevates the knee, the resistance forces the hip flexors quadriceps and abdominals to engage. With the hip/thigh blaster, athletes can train in place by anchoring the Slastix to a fixed object, or they can train in motion (on a field or court) by attaching the Slastix to a training partner who creates resistance as they jog behind the athlete he or she performs footwork such as the grapevine weave
